On Tuesday, January 13th 2009, I have a meeting with a doctor at the Vision Clinic as a follow up from the diagnosis Dr. McCauley postulated for the problems with my double vision.  He believes it is Ocular Myasthenia Gravis, a problem with the synapses sending signals to the muscles from the brain.  He put me on a drug to excite the synapses to expend more chemicals to increase the nerve endings and move the muscles to the correct position.

Well the doctor didn't have much to say.  Just that my thyroid was fine, my vision good, the pressure good, just double vision.  He said the dosage or change in medication would have to come from my neurologist Dr. Maas as there can be problems with too many medications causing the immune system to decrease it's strength.  Just great!  He said, "Wear a patch!".  Thanks a lot!
