  • Otto Gast - Born on February 15, 1895 in Pomera, Germany.  Deceased in 1972.  Otto served in World War 1 and was gassed in France.  Wife's name was Ruth, born in July of 1898 and passed away in July of 1946.  Both are buried at the Loran Cemetery.  (Son Arnold - Deceased in 1951 - age 29 of juvenile arthritis and was diabetic.)

  • Carl Gast - Born on November 15, 1892 in Pomera, Germany. Deceased in 1946.  Served in World War 1.  Wife Esther?  One daughter (a nurse).

  • Martha Gast - Born on February 05, 1894 in Pomera, Germany.  Deceased in 1972.  Spouses name was M. Richard Beckenkeller, born on September 05, 1892 in Jo Davis County, Illinois and passed away in June of 1968.  They were married on November 15, 1915 in Pearl City, Illinois.   Both buried at Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll, Illinois.  Two children, Grace Hartman and Lucille Paul.

  • Emil Gast - Born on July 04, 1885 in Pomera, Germany.  Deceased in 1934.   Married in 1888.  (Not sure if he was the son of August Herman Gast?)

  • Helen Gast - Birth in 1890.  Born in Pomera, Germany.  Deceased date approximately 1930s in childbirth - Omaha, Nebraska. Buried in Freeport, Illinois.  Two children - Harold and Beatrice.   Married M. Max Heinze.

  • Matilda Gast - Born in Pomera, Germany.  (Deceased in Germany at the age of 2.)
