Notes for Yvonne Burt/Buntjer
Yvonne Buntjer was born in Cherry Grove Township, Carroll, Illinois and went to a one room school house as did her brother, at Pecatonica. She graduated from Pecatonica High School and then moved to Rockford Illinois where she worked as an office manager.
She met and then married Kenneth Burt in November of 1952 at a church in Brookville Illinois, near Polo and they have two sons, William and Neal Burt.
They lived in Rockford, then Palatine, a suburb of Chicago, and finally retired to Tucson Arizona. Ken Burt was born on July 01, 1927 and passed away in April 22, 2003 and is buried at the Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego California.
