10th & Market ~ 11.23.2011 to the Present ~ Crescent Heights

Originally designed by Heller-Manus Architects as for-sale condominiums, there is a possibility these units will become rentals. There will be 719 units in four towers. The tallest tower (to the north) will be 35 stories; the others will be 9, 18 and 19 stories high. They will connected by a 93-foot high base along 10th Street.

There will be room for 668 parking spaces: 578 will be dedicated to residential use, while 90 will be dedicated to commercial units on the ground floor.

Located in the up-and-coming Mid-Market area of San Francisco, the towers at 10th and Market are among several other developments that are in various stages of planning or construction. 10th and Market is steps from Civic Center, and is a few blocks from a large group of buildings that will be part of the Market/Octavia Plan.
